in ONG
-get scolded everytime, whether you are at fault or not, it doesn't matter. you just get scolded everyday.
- treated like 'orang bodoh' in labour room by some midwives. they don't know is it, that they'll soon be working together with us in future, and some of us can hold grudges. grr.
-some lecturer are so racist, so nice with dia punya kaum and not nice to another. yeah, but still you don't have to make it THAT obvious.
-palpitation on the day that you got ward round, because the chances that you get scolded infront of your patient, your colleague, your registra is higher compare to no-round-day .


on that day of my labour room call, got treated like i'm so bodoh in everything. memang buat aku benci ONG. i left ong for 2 years already, some of the know how tu takde, yelah . tak practice mana nak lekat. lainlah diorang yg mmg keje diorang kat labour room je, tak boleh lah nak expect kita tahu and expert semua benda. dulu posting ong first sem 3rd year, berkarat dah ilmu sambut baby tu.  is it that hard for you to be nicer? I don't get it with some nurses and midwives yang selalu emosi. suka sangat marah student. tak marah student, marah patient, tak marah patient ngumpat doctor. pfft. sorry la kan. tp mmg pon.

kalau oncall labour room tu, kitorang student n the doctors stay there 24 hours, okay maybe student ada yg tak stay for 24 hours. but still we dont have shifts. and diorang ada 3 shifts in a day. pun nak emosi. pelik betul. that day, memang on the urge nak nangis dah, dah la depan2 patient marah. terima je la.

penat la kena marah. orang yang marah tak penat ke?
don't give me bullshit marah sbb nak mengajar. because i can accept it bila doctor marah during teaching or rounds. sebab dia nak correct mistake, but if marah with no reason or sebab something else memang tak boleh terima.

it will not kill you if you be nicer to people, bila kita baik dgn orang, orang pun baik dengan kita.
